Warrant Alleviation Process Under The Make And Maintain Contact Order

Step 1: Obtain Your Fine Ammounts.
If you do not already have your fine amounts on your person at the time of the procedure, naturally you will need to obtain them. If that requires that you need to, first hand, go to your financial institute in order to do so then you will notify your contact officer of your ETA rather than your actual banking location.

Step 2: Place your deposit at the Federal Bonding Kiosk Terminal.
Once you have obtained your fine amounts, the Contact Officer will provide you with a location of an authorized kiosk(s) nearby. Information on how to utilize that kiosk will be given to you during the procedure.

Step 3: Pay the Premium and Collect Pre-Warrant ID Receipt
Post for the refundable bail bond ammount and collect your Pre-Warrant ID Receipt. Your deposit is made onto your own account linked to your social security number, as well as the Federal Settlement Network so always be sure to keep your Pre-Warrant ID Receipt on your person because you will need that with you once you step foot on government property.

Step 4: Warrants Uplifted
Once you make your collateral deposit, it takes a moment to appear on the Federal Settlement Network. When it does, your warrants will be placed on a Frozen Status which you can check on the Case Lookup page.

Step 5: Clearance
The defendant must drive directly to the Sheriff's Office immediately after obtaining their Pre-Warrant ID Receipt. All proper precedings will take place once you have arrived with your warrant statuses FROZEN. If your bail was deemed refundable then your reimbursement will be given to you before you leave your jurisdiction's Sheriff's Office.
